Why do I have a nine and a half hour ban?

I was playing a game on Auto haven, against a four stack survivor friends, at least two of which were streamers, and they were also PC. I'm a console player, got blinded like five to six times, couldn't get a down cause I couldn't see them, like actually couldn't see them even with shadow born, I'm only a rank ten killer btw, so I don't know how I paired up with them. I guess the matchmaking system is still broken. Anyway I got bullied pretty bad, they got all the gens done before I could even hook one, plus they got adrenaline, so I disconnected; figured I'd take the five minutes. But when I got back to the lobby, it said a nine and a half hour ban wait time, so essentially ten hours. It's been a little bit since this happened, and I no longer have a ban, but seriously... like #########? Why would I have gotten such a long ban? Why am I being pair with pc/streamers that are some of the best players in the game? Why is this game broken? And when are they going to fix it? Cross play is in itself broken, so unbalanced. As a console killer my frames as well as play style is EXTREMELY limited, so Why am I getting four stacks, let only god tier pc players? How is this balanced?

    I've had this before to be fair. I got the bug where the game wouldn't end after egc because it thought I was carrying a non existent survivor so I disconnected because there was no other way to end the match. Hadn't disconnected in well over a month and I got a 1 hour and 30 min ban (which isn't even a correct time for penalties) instead of a 5 min one. Contacted support and they just said they couldn't do anything about it lol.
