Devout Emblem needs some work
And anyone who has been working on the 'spilling blood' challenge will probably know what I'm referring to.
While there are multiple factors that make playing killer less rewarding, the Devout emblem does demonstrate the issue quite well. It is incredibly difficult to achieve a gold Devout emblem, as it requires both a 4K and either 9 hooks or hooking every survivor at least once.
A 4K, the absolute best result possible for a killer, can still be stamped as 'silver tier'. Getting all survivors hooked twice awards only one point, making it almost the same level as never hooking anything or anyone.
I suggest adding more points and spacing the emblems more generously. For example...
Getting a survivor their first hook - 2 points
Progressing a survivor to struggle phase - 1 point
Killing a survivor - 2 points
This means that per survivor, you can get 5 points. Then setting the silver threshold to, say, 7 points, and the gold threshold to 13 would mean that you can get a gold for a way larger combination of factors than a 4K with 9 hooks/every survivor hooked once. (D/Cs can utterly sabotage you in that regard)
You'd get gold for:
- Hooking every survivor once, and killing two with a full progression
- Killing three survivors
- Killing one survivor, two-hooking two others, one hooking the last one
It would better represent the killer's performance than the current system, in my opinion.
