Constant Firecracker sound as Killer - I hear nothing!

After getting caught by a Firecracker at Dead Dawg Saloon (I wasn't stunned, I moved my head up), I didn't hear anything from that point on. For the whole match.
Platform: PC.
Killer: Leatherface, after picking up a survivor.
It was the first time it happened so it might be the map, or Leatherface on this map. Its not a normal bug for sure. In case it was a hacker, I also have his Steam profile with ID and screenshots, but I'll leave that out for now. The sound wasn't gone, I just had the sound effect when someone ignites a Firecracker next to you, this deafness effect.
