[GAME BREAKING BUG] Killer hearing healthy and dead survivors as injured

Platform: PC

Description of the issue: For two matches in a row, I have had healthy survivors sounding injured. Also at hooks of sacrificed survivors, you will hear that survivor in pain! I will not be playing killer until you fix this problem!

Steps to reproduce (if possible): Play killer, see if healthy survivors are making sounds of pain

How often does this occur: Twice in a row so far today!
