Autohaven Wreckers - Wrecker's Yard - Stuck on the exit gate wall

Issue: On Autohaven Wreckers - Wrecker's Yard I got stuck crouching on the exit gate wall as shown in the pictures. I was trying to let the other survivors escape to complete the challenge "Heroic Virtue", but got stuck in the process. The killer eventually found me and downed me, but he couldn't pick me up. I eventually got killed by the end game timer.
