Coldwind Farm, a spot where you can't pick up survivors

Hello
I was playing The Demogorgon on Dead By Daylight (PC)
I have a recording that will illustrate better but let me explain what happened :
The map was Coldwind Farm, and I was in the house on the middle. Kate was on the stairs and fell in front of me. I did hit her so she could reach the dying state. When falling, she was in a very specific position in a corner. While in it, I couldn't pick her up.
She didn't disconnect, and I could pick her up again later in the game.
