Trail of Torment not working with POP on Nurse.

As I've discovered over the last couple of matches, Trail of Torment upon kicking a gen with Nurse does not grant undetectable. From what I see, the icon turns on breifly for less than half a second then turns off immediately.
I was playing Nurse with BBQ, POP, Infectious Fright, and Trail of Torment. I simply kicked a generator with pop activated and it didn't grant me undetectable. Not sure if it works without pop.
EDIT: Tried it without pop, works on Nurse. Only tested with Nurse.
