Would you mind having an obsession in every match regardless of perks?
I don't like running obsession perks on either side. I put on DS a total of 8 times in my life and for killer I only have rancor and remember me anyway.
But I noticed that when I'm in a match with no obsession, it's tunnel city. I probably had less than 10 killers who still played like they normally would, the others insantly tunneled, some of them even saying we should have used DS in chat.
On the other side, seeing an obsession made me think "oh someone has ds" and I kinda rely on that a bit too much? I know, this is my fault but anyway: why don't we have an obsession in every match?
What would be a downside to this?

The only downside would be the inability for killer to tunnel. I don't see why there shouldn't be an obsession every game.

As the mechanic exists, yes, I would mind. If you want an obsession, bring an obsession perk. Tunneling is a valid strategy, whether you like it or not.

I want an obsession every game so there's a very small chance the killer will not tunnel & it's gonna give me info if the obsession is chased or vice versa if I'm chased.

I would want purelly because of the extra bloodpoints the obsession gets

It isn't going to stop me from tunneling since I do not respect DS.

That's fine. It will not affect you in any way and I don't really care about people who tunnel but I'm angry at those who specifically change the way they play just because noone has ds.

I mean, I'll totally tunnel harder if nobody has DS, but I'd still tunnel if they didn't have it.
