BUG: The Blight Invisible Collision

This occurred on PC, playing as the Blight I used my power and collided against something. There is visibly nothing there nor should there be even with random generation, also I can walk through the area, the only time I could notice it is when colliding it with my power. Attached is a .zip containing a video of me encountering the bug.

I tried to reproduce this with a friend but it did not happen so I believe it might be related to the random generation, I also encountered this bug in one of the shacks on Azarov's Resting place.
