What if there was a killer that was just the neighbor from home improvement? He can climb and look over the top of any obstacle and if he looks at a survivor, they slowly walk towards him, enraptured by his advice. If another survivor does not distract the enraptured survivor before they reach the obstacle, the killer leaps over the top and downs them instantly.
