Why does this keep happening? I get to rank 12 and then get de ranked because of a camping wraith. EVERY TIME. Just stands in the corner of the basement and waits for people to come! Personally its players like this that make me want to stop playing!

Camping happens in all ranks, but especially from white to green ranks. It guarantees the killer a kill and that's why most do it. Thankfully once you get to purple and red ranks, once a killer camps the others finish the gens and leave, making the killer only get one kill. But yes it can be very frustrating early on

imagine camping with wraith... at least use a chainsaw boy...c'mon.
but on topic, run away from the basement. while you might go down faster depending on the tiles, this also means you can't be hooked in the basement.

uncloaked camping Wraiths are not a big deal, it's the cloaked ones that cause more problem in game due to the fact that BT doesn't activate - so a camping wraith isn't that much of an issue imo.
