Charlotte/Twins speed bug

Step 1: Play the Twins
Step 2: Get the Suffocation Pit map (Macmillan Estate)
Step 3: Use Victor
Step 4: Unless Victor is crushed while being controlled, Charlotte will end up being stuck in her wake up animation speed.
The fix is get Victor to be crushed while out, but if you use Victor again you'll be slow again.
Platform: PC
I have (nearly) the full match if needed.
Edit: Nothing happened before hand, I started the match and used victor then I returned to charlotte after hitting the Feng Min.
