(Cosmetic Glitch) Parted Ponytail

Kate Hair Parted Ponytail from the Rift outfit has jacked physics like it was always stiff but this is something else its literally defying gravity
my guess on what (mostly) causes this is the updated survivor animations some hairs are animated to not interact with clothing that its with Kates pony being so long having to rest on her back they probable had an animation (which is probably why when you look left to right its fine but looking forward breaks it)
idk what caused it to break when hooked or Repairing Gen but I would be nice to fix those as well
I Know its not a big bug but its annoying to me at least so if it could be fixed that would be great!
