Pip system broken on xbox

Hi, I play on Xbox. Today I have noticed that even though every game I have played I have earned 1-2 pips, they aren’t given to me. I’ve been stuck at the same rank 9 with 3/5 pips and have played 3 or 4 games in a row. See screenshot below, it says rank progress -2 even though I should have earned 1. In reality my rank is the same at rank 9 with 3/5 pips.
