So about Myers

I've been looking for a while, but all I have found is speculations and claims without sources. But what really was the decision to make Myers intangible while stalking?

I do know why they removed the ability to stalk all visible survivors at the same time because of his pink addons and the plethora of glitches that allowed Myers to stalk through certain opaque walls(even though that decision is heavily outdated and can easily be reverted, as all those glitches have been fixed and survivors have a lot more obstacles to hide behind these days), but I can never find the true reason to make him intangible. Billy was intangible while revving and instakill Mori's were his only real pink addon, so tombstone couldnt have been the reason for that. Any other killer with instadowns can fully bodyblock while using their power too. I simply never found any reason for Myers to be intangible, nor can I find any statement on his intangibility.

    Secondary question:

If there is a survivor with 0 stalk points closer to you than a survivor with 10 stalk points, does the survivor with 0 stalk points block the stalk drain from a survivor that is further away, as Myers stalks the survivor closest to him, or is a survivor with 0 stalkpoints no longer considered?
