Ocean of Disgrace Killer Bio: Julia Simpson was a hard worker that exceeded learning. Of course, she excellently got a 4.0 but her favorite class was not math.. science.. No, it was the gym. She was marveled at how good her swimming was and wanted to be in the Olympics. A smart young lady she gt a sports scholarship to Yale and ended up graduating with Honor Roll. Instead of using her degree, she practiced. Day, night, day, night. One day she was applying to be in the Olympics. She received a call from her dad and mom. They were very disappointed in her saying she could've been rich and start a lovely family. That night Julia was crying, can't even believe her parents don't believe in their child to become a swimmer for the Olympics... Can't believe, that she was a... disgrace. With this knowledge, she didn't care. She put sports first and one day she finally did it. She was staring at the pool. 12 more seconds until she was winning. 11.. 10.. 9... 8.. 7.. 6.. 5.. 0.... She had drowned... All because of her legs.. They did not work? What you had not known was. Julia's parents never called her a disgrace, they believed in her. Julia never was in the Olympics, she was at the beach. Julia never went to college, she was homeschooled. Julia was a secret kept by her parents, extreme Schizophrenic. She had sacrificed her own life. Her parents.. also did because the love of their life... died. After 45 seconds, no one knew her. No one cared. But at one point they gaze at her missing poster and say... "I forgot where I saw her last.". Everyone in that town knew her but really did not. 46. 47. 48. 49. 50. 51. 52. 53. 54. 55. 56. 57. 58.59. That was it. Everyone had forgotten her. No one cared. Her missing poster was taken off and flown into a random dark hurtful fog. Right. In. Her. Face.
The Forgotten Weapon: Hose of Remembrance (A hose that she carries that is stuck to her mouth. In order to injure or down a survivor you must spray them with the hose by holding the regular attack button for 0.65 seconds.)
The Forgotten Features: Regular Human except her clothing is water and her prestige form is lava clothing.

I wanted to start a new trend where you can add specific perks into a Dull Totem. (Forgot to mention that you have to press the active ability button to unleash your special ability and completely forgot that her weapon is also her power and the power is her special ability) I wanted to bring such weird mechanics because it makes the killer unique and cool.

i really hope we can get a dock like map, make a boardwalk/boardwalk fair , instead of exit gates you raise an anchor of a boat

She is a standard human being, if you read her bio/backstory you would have known that she tried to chase her dreams but instead killed herself on accident due to her schizophrenia disorder making her think somethings happening or things that are there, but really aren't. Her physical-looking clothing would be water covering her up however when she is fully prestige instead of using blood I would prefer to use Lava since it is a cool-looking liquid. I do also have an idea for a type of outfit she can have: Perilous Pirhana where her dress contains piranhas in it and she has a hairstyle similar to the spirits.
