The "Save Game Error" is ruining my experience

Over the past few weeks, the "save game error" has been happening to me more and more frequently. Now its at the point where its happening virtually every game for me. It is super frustrating to win a game, get cheated out of my bloodpoints/shards and derank because of this thing.
PLZ LOOK INTO THIS. If it doesn't get fixed, I may simply have to quit the game because my account can't progress anymore. It has been happening on Killer and Survivor.
I really need help or some sort of explanation. I have never seen this error until a few weeks ago

had the same thing happen to me also today all of my characters got reset back to lvl 1 it feels really bad after you played game for 3 years and this error happend ...
