This may be a dumb question....
This may be a dumb question but can you get some achievements outside of public matches? I noticed looking at my three remaining achievements, Power Moves is the only one that states "in public matches" but both Left for Dead and Rescue Mission don't.
Can these be achieved through a private game? Has anyone tried?

No. You can't earn those achievements through private matches. Only through public matches.

So then the real question is, why only the distinction on one's description but not the other two? Especially considering Power Moves and Rescue Mission both hit with chapter 18.

Doctor's achievement referred to him using she/her pronouns for years I wouldn't look too deeply into the specific wording

Idfk tbh all I can say is that those achievements surely won't pop up as done if you try completing it in private matches. I've already done those ones and I got it through doing it in public games only

Those are my only three left and I'm half way through the perkless escapes but today I was just actually looking at the wording and got curious. Especially since the hell that is current egc conditions and solo queue for Left for Dead.

Well if I was your killer I'd definitely let you do the last gen and escape just so you could get that achievement. Just keep trying and good luck.
