Let’s talk about dead hard

Dead hard was a great perk in the past but it started to work soo bad. But now, It is worse than ever. Am I the only one experiencing this? Like for real, in the past it could work bad some times, but right now its literraly worse than ever. Every single dead hard, you go down exhausted, I failed 5 dead hards in 1 match, I didnt even use it and obviously died, because of a perk? This is actually embarrassing for the game. 10% works and 90 doesnt work. In summary, this perks is completely USELESS

    You have got to be kidding me- Dead Hard is based on the right place at the right time at the right action. You can't just dead hard in the middle of a chase. You have to be skillful because when a killer is on you and they go in for the kill you DEAD HARD so they would miss their swing allowing you to gain some distance to keep the chase going or to just win the chase all-in-all. Also, with every balanced landing you go down exhausted. Every head on you go down exhuasted. Every sprint burst you go down exhausted... Like, really? Dead Hard is not a useless perk you just don't know how to use it and why did you pick out of the 81 perks, why did you pick deadhard-

    Friendship ended with Dead Hard

    Now Sprint Burst is my best friend.


    Although it's interesting because most people still run DH since SB is harder to use

    I think thats your fault . To me its no difference from back then to today with dead hard , maybe better luck next time?

    use it when there is a pallet right there which is far so you can reach it with the perk .

    nothing wrong with the perk .

    TO BE FAIR, exhausted on the ground is an issue that needs to be fixed. The intended use isn't functioning correctly.

    Using DH for distance instead of using it as a dodge also needs to be fixed. The unintended use is functioning too well.

    You could avoid DS in many many games. I almost never got ds'ed.

    But Dead Hard, oh boy. You have players, that are rather bad and just use it to extend the chase for 3 seconds and go down. But proper used to a window / pallet and you lose so much time. And it's a meta perk, so you can be sure 1-2 ppl in the game, every game have it.

    DS could be used ONCE, but DH an unlimited amount of time. They should have nerfed that perk to a token-based one.

    That's the opposite actually. All exhaustion perk are meant for distance. The dodge mechanics isn't the intended mechanics it's just a logical application.

    Dead hard need you to be injured (meaning mostly useless against one hit killer) and cover a small distance in exchange you can activate it when you want. It's a fair trade
