When I made my tier list I based it less on the overall community opinion, and just put how I do as them in general.

I agree with your list much more. People always massively overrate Hag when placing her in S tier in my opinion. She's a solo stomper but she struggles against semi decent swfs. I definitely agree with where you placed Blighty boy too. He's got arguably the best mobility in the game and (if taking J Flicks into account) has crazy chase potential. I've played Blight with a strong build for the past week and I've 4K'd almost every game. At first that could be chocked up to my rank as I was only rank 15 at first but I'm still winning pretty consistently even now in red ranks. Usually I only lose when I get too ambitious with flicks and waste time or if I get a map that's rough for him, lol. I'm not saying this to brag or show off btw, I'm saying this to try and indicate just how nutty Blight is. Once the new chapter comes out and more people start playing Blight, people will begin to recognize him as being up there with the best.
Anyways, I otherwise agree with you on most of them but there's a few I take issue with. Huntress, I really don't think she's A Tier material. Yeah a good Huntress can be scary, hitting cross maps left and right, but her complete lack of mobility holds her back from being anything but B in my opinion. I don't think Ghostface is really B tier material, he's better then Myers for sure but again, he lacks mobility and his power doesn't actually help get hits mid chase. There are things you can do by losing your red stain don't get me wrong but he's still ultimately an M1 killer, If the survivors don't fall for your tricks that is. Clown really isn't E tier either for me, I think putting him in B or maybe C would be fair but he's not garbage anymore. I think that's been well shown by Otz or basically any Clown main. Doctor is probably B in my opinion thanks to his powerful anti stealth and his scary anti loop. His biggest issue is one that plagues most Killers, no map mobility. Otherwise, nice list. Sorry for the long shpeel about Blight, he's quickly becoming one of my favourites. Have fun out there in the fog!

I would move Billy to A tier and drop Pyramid Head to the top of B, but everything else I agree with.

He has the single best tracking tool in the game. His madness gives him a very decent passive slowdown. And IMO, he has the third-best anti loop in the game, only losing to Nurse and Spirit (on some occasions, I think that PH can be a better anti looper, but this judgment varies from case to case). His kit has a lot going for it and the only thing that he lacks is good mobility, but nothing can be perfect.

I main clown and billy but they are not in the same tier at all imo. Otherwise fair list though

Seeing Oni on the same tier as Trickster on your list is definetely one of the most confusing things i've seen today

I can understand that. I just personally think people underrate Clown heavily. Even before his rework he was a pretty strong killer IMHO. The list was hard to make since I think of it more of as a range rather than precise tiers. Clown to me is like upper echelon of C tier/entry-level B tier. Billy is solidified B tier to me.

I would put Nurse and Spirit in D/C Tier. I can't play those killers.

Any grade with a "-" denotes that they are that letter tier, but more or less only because they have some corny mechanics that essentially force them into that tier. Otherwise they'd be, in the very least, one tier lower. Also, camping probability and BS addons were ignored, though common perk builds were not.
This is based mostly on personal experience playing/facing them, though a few were boosted a bit by having SEEN performance I haven't otherwise experienced. Killers are also in order of strongest to weakest within a tier, left being stronger and right being weaker. Any Killer on the far left can technically bump up a tier through situational advantage, while Killers on the right hand side can bump down a tier for the same reason.

Wraith is actually quite good, especially after the upcoming buff. But I'm also biased because wraith is one of the two killers I'm maining right now

I'm probably going to get flack for Billy but in my experience when somebody does play him, they get reminded as to why nobody does.

Ok, now that Trickster is finally out, I can update my tier list and put him on F tier without a doubt. Neither Clown, nor Wraith, nor Oni deserve the humiliation of being in the same tier as him.
