Can we have the option of reporting players in pregame lobbies?

I have not had any issues recently, but I've had instances where players are racist, homophobic etc and I can't report them in-game as the report button doesn't exist in pregame lobbies.

At the moment I feel like reporting them via "Additional player report" ticket is useless because I believe you need an in-game report for it to be considered.

So people are essentially getting away with saying very offensive things in pregame lobbies atm. Please fix.

ALSO: I've noticed you have made it very difficult to find the submit a ticket button on the customer support website. That's really weird!
