(Idea) Dead by Daylight Chapter 20: Resident Evil
New Killer: The Tyrant

You were created to pursue and murder any witnesses.
RAMPART
After activating RAMPART which can be activated and deactivated at any time will block flashlights, fire crackers, and pallet stuns but you move at 4.2 speed while using RAMPART. If you are not carrying someone and using RAMPART you can just press the attack button to attack. If you are carrying survivors you can still use RAMPART but you cannot attack until you deactivate it and you will be slowed down to 3.8 speed. RAMPART also does not protect you from pallet stuns while holding someone.
BULL RUSH
At any time while its not on its 30 second cool down you can activate BULL RUSH. BULL RUSH makes you run and turn kinda like Oni but with a large and long sweep as its final attack. It also instadowns. The speed you go it 5.0 wile using BULL RUSH but you can only use it a max of 12 seconds per BULL RUSH.
STALKER
Everytime you get 2 hits you get your power STALKER. You can activate STALKER at any time as long as you have it ready. The activation slows you down to 3.8 for 3 seconds. Once it is in effect your speed gets LOCKED to 130% for the duration of STALKER. All your hits also instadown. You are not allowed to BULL RUSH while STALKER is activated. Your terror radius becomes 32 for the duration of STALKER. Every time you walk by a non regressing generator while STALKER is activate you will passively smack it as you walk by regressing it. Your stun time has been reduced to 0 and you can break pallets 50% faster in STALKER.
PASSIVES
You always break walls, pallets, and generators 5% faster.
Perks:
STRONG GRIP
Everytime you hit a survivor while holding someone the survivor your holding wiggle meter goes down by 10%. You also move 10% while holding someone.

MADE TO DESTROY
Every time you kick a pallet or a breakable wall you gain a token. Each token decreases your terror radius by 2 meters. There is a max of 10 tokens at a time. You lose 3 tokens every time you hook someone.

EFFICIENT KILLER
After getting stunned 4 times by a pallet this perk activates. When you hit a healthy survivor while EFFICIENT KILLER is active the survivor does not get a speed boost. You also get a 10% movement speed buff while this perk is active.

I love the killer. I think it'd be cool of they did something like they did with stranger things and give us 2 survivors, preferably leon and claire

He has a bit more than that. But basically yes. Still gonna feel different to play obviously. Not much else you can do with his. You could add in his 2nd form as like an endgame thing or something.
