Can we have an option to adjust chase music volume?
I was really looking forward to trickster's chase theme, but it is too low, I can barely hear it over the sounds of his moans and laughter.
I know not everyone enjoys having chase music blasted into their ears, so I think being able to adjust chase music to be lower or higher would be good. For me, the music is one of the aspects that keeps me playing this game.

No.

It's a playbalance consideration. If you could turn it off or even down, it would be an advantage over people who didn't since it would not muffle the sounds of the Survivors.

It's opposite day! So that means yes! :)

Adjusting your volume preferences is an advanced feature for gaming in 2021. Sorry man, it takes a lot of time and money to get that into most games, that's why a lot of them don't have it available.

Interesting, people are usually asking for chase music volume to be lowered. I don't think they will give an option, but maybe they will increase trickster's in game volume

I mean, you don't have to make it so that it mutes the music, keep the current volume as the lowest one and allow us to turn it up. I know that chase music has a balance purpose.
If anything I would only be hurting myself by making the chase theme play louder.

Long time no see, Almo! ...If that IS your real name 🤔

But there's currently a lot of different tracks in the game that are tied to specific killers, with each one being either more or less capable of masking the noises of survivors.
Why not stop making exceptions and just give us the option to remove the music? It's not like we can even be guaranteed to hear survivors regardless since sounds are still globally bugged.

But that is a choice. Should graphics setting be removed because people who play on low generally can see things especially traps much clearer and the maps are a lot less dark.

Well then that's their choice not to turn it down.
What's next, we remove Perks? They give players who run them an advantage over people who don't.

Now let's translate this over to the visual, and subsequently brightness settings that PC players have access to that console players do not.
It's interesting to see that this has been addressed as an imbalanced option but console settings haven't.

BHVR is ableist so no.

Disabling it would also give you a disadvantage because you wouldn't be able to easily hear that you entered a chase which sometimes randomly happens in corn and other places.
Changing to low graphics makes it easier to see traps and other things, that gives an advantage too.
Having something play music so loud that you can't hear anything else being a balance consideration is a pretty terrible one. Make it so survivor sounds are muffled in a chase then instead so people can do what they want.

If you're on PC, you can EQ it out to an extent. Not sure about turning it up though.

I think sounds were broken this patch. A lot of sounds are muffeled.
