Yes, already.
His massive issues were already made exceedingly clear during PTB, and yet -none- of them were fixed. Why even bother having PTBs at all at that point? The only explaination I can think of is that they wont make it until the mid-chapter, but even so the fact that Trickster was even released in this state is absurd.
