New perk Starstruck
There seems to be alot of negativity around the trickster at the moment, personally i'm enjoying him. Maybe thats because he reminds me of Hisoka, who knows but i like him! ANYWAY I've been having quite abit of success with the new perk Starstruck (Rank 9 atm pretty low so probs why lol) but im wondering does it actually notify/give you a visual or sound cue in anyway if you expose a survivor? Or is it purely for survivors who body block you? I know if your survivor you get notified. I've been using bbq and chili with it and it seems to work well.

I love starstruck it's an actual good perk

It does notify the survivor that they're exposed yes. It can still work to pressure people off a gen and maybe get a down if you carry someone and hook near a gen that is being worked on.

That's the only thing good n this chapter I want it on my plague.

I'm concerned about the this perk with mobility killers like nurse and blight. And the great synergy it can have with agitation and distressing.

All his perks are amazing. It’s the only good thing about Trickster. I’m using Crowd Control & Blood Favour on indoor maps with Clown, and they are pure solid gold together on these kind of maps.

Nurse yes, blight no because his rush attack doesn't make use of the exposed status

Finally trying new Starstruck with the taxi build.
Gotta say, I don't hate it.

Can confirm, Nurse + Starstruck is really effective, the only problem is that if you don't have any tracking perks that reveal nearby survivors locations, you'll never know exactly how many survivors have been exposed. For example, I used it on nurse with Infectious Fright, and Spies from the Shadows, this gave me warning for most of the times that survivors were near enough to get hit with starstruck and the general areas I needed to pursue them in before the exposed effect wore off. It was really gimmicky but once I started chain downing survivors after a hook, they were forced to adapt by staying as far away from me as possible after downing someone. Being Nurse and not having to worry about an instant unhook, or any body blockers was quite nice.

Calm doctor and stars truck is really fun on small maps like hawking's

As far as I can tell, the cool down doesn't trigger if it doesn't affect anyone. I could be wrong.

what about the synergy with things like 'tremors'?

What?

Ghostface's Thrilling Tremors: Blocks generators when you pick up a survivor. can be used to see if someone's working on a gen. like while tricky, you could pick someone up, and if someone's on a nearby gen (that didn't get blocked by tremors) expose them, hook the other, go after the exposed.

Um are you asking me if starstruck has synergy with thrilling?
If you are I don't play killer at all so I don't really know if they do synergize well. Sorry.

Startstruck is borderline broken on killers with large TRs like Calm Doctor or Iridescent Button Legion. The exposed status effect only starts going away once you leave the TR, but you basically never leave the TR against those killers and you also basically can't be out of the TR when they pick up or hook other survivors.
Just finished playing a Legion running Iridescent Button, Stolen Sketchbook, Distressing, Starstruck, Discordance, Crowd Control, and a Lery's offering. It was impressively strong. Dropped pallets instantly broken, vaulted windows instantly blocked, constant exposed, constant TR with no visibility. The perk really needs to be a set radius, not tied to the TR.
