Quick warning: has to do with cults

New Chapter: Blood Oath

New killer(s): The Order (Samantha Craw and Jason Floyd)

New survivor: James Shroud

NEw map: Oak church

New realm: Oak passing

killer primary weapon: Sacrificial dagger

Killer movement speed: 115%

Height: medium

Terror radius: 24 meters

realm offering: oak passing bus ticket

Difficulty: Hard

"A bus ticket. Used for Oak Passing"

Killer primary power: Cultist’s Devotion

You’ll do anything to appease the entity.

Injure survivors to fill your power meter (4 hits to fully charge meter)

When the power meter is full, press the primary action button to activate Cultist’s Devotion.

While active, see the auras of all survivors who have been hooked or that are currently injured.

While active, you can only hear the entity’s whispering (Any other sound is removed until the end of the duration)

While active, lunge distance is increased by 30% and weapon animations are sped up (5 stacks of STBFL)

You break pallets, walls, and gens 15% quicker

You pick up and hook survivors 25% faster

This duration lasts for 40 seconds. After this duration ends you will be put in a fatigue for 5 seconds (basically Legion fatigue)

If you are stunned during this duration, the stun duration lasts 2 seconds longer, but the pallet instantly breaks. (works with enduring)

Secondary power: Eye of the Entity

Each hook increases your power

1 hook:  Applies hemorrhage status effect on hit with weapon

2 hooks: Gen regression penalties are doubled

3 hooks: After hitting a survivor, killer instinct highlights other injured survivors

Passive ability: Together forever

During the trial, the Cult leader that isn't currently being played (Samantha OR Jason) will randomly appear around the map, causing a fake terror radius to surround them. (18 meters)

Survivors who get within 5 meters of the Cultist will suffer consquences. It will lash out and injure the survivor (if healthy, will become injured, if injured, will have the deep wound status effect)

Once the Cultist appears, it will stay there for 30 seconds, after that it will disappear and reappear in another location.

Going near the cultist yourself will make it disappear aswell.

Killer perks:

Entity Appeased

You live to serve the Entity. The Entity likes you.

  • After hooking a survivor, all gens not being worked on will regress normally.
  • Any survivor who works on a regressing gen will become oblivious.
  • Survivors who stop working on a gen while they are affected by this perk will have their vision obstructed by the entity for 4/5/6 seconds.
  • Downing a survivor will cause a random gen to get a difficult skill-check

“?????”- The Entity

Hex: Cult Classic

A hex affecting the progression of survivors

  • Survivors will be exposed for 30/35/40 seconds after a gen has been repaired
  • Survivors who have worked on the gen for atleast 3/2/1 second(s) will have their auras revealed to you for 15/20/25 seconds

Devoted

You'll get rid of anyone not willing to worship your god.

  • Hooking a survivor during endgame will immediately put them into second phase, if not already
  • All survivors still in the trial suffer a 16% healing speed penalty
  • Sacrificing a survivor during endgame will call upon the Entity to block all end gates for 10/15/20 seconds

Survivor perks:

Keen eye

You're not just any detective, you get the job done, and professionally at that.

  • Repairing a gen with 1 or more survivors will reveal their auras to you after getting off the gen.
  • If a survivor that you have worked on a gen with gets hooked, you will move at 150% your base movement speed for 4 seconds
  • If a survivor gets downed, you lose the ability to see their aura, including when they're on the ground.

"Look, don't tell me how to do my job, okay bud?" -James Shroud

Undercover

You hide when you need to.

  • You no longer have the blindness effect while in a locker
  • Hiding in a locker gets rid of any scratchmarks within 15 meters of it
  • Getting out of a locker alerts the killer to your location if you are not in the terror radius

"Where did he go?" -Samantha Craw

HELPINg hand

You have a job to do, and you're gonna do it

  • You see the auras of teammates that are being chased
  • Taking a protection hit will give both you and the other survivor the haste status effect for 10/15/20 seconds (10%)
  • After you heal from that hit, you become exposed for 20/15 seconds (20 = tier 1, 15 = tier 3)

Backstories:

Samantha and Jason had been friends ever since middle school. They were inseperable, nothing could bring them apart. They even had the same interests. One day Jason's parents went on a trip with Samantha's parents to Jason's uncle's house. Both of their parents disappeared, the only evidence left behind was a weirdly colored petal on the living room floor. Jason was obsessed with the disappearance, even going as far to hire the local detective to try and find them. Nothing was found. Jason persisted, he went out one day and returned a different man. He kept talking about an "Entity". Samantha was intrigued aswell, although she was a bit hesitant. They started a group called "The Order", it was all about worshipping a god called The Entity. They did all they could to try and appease it, even giving human sacrifices. Their business would not go unnoticed however. The local detective, James Shroud, decided to confront the cult for their wrong-doings. Fortunately for the cult, he was out-numbered. Before they could sacrifice him to their god, a thick fog surrounded the two cult leaders, obstructing their vision. They woke up on the ground, nobody was there but them. A sour scent filled the air, very familiar. They heard it. They heard The Entity whispering to them. It wanted blood. They got up and picked up their sacrificial daggers as they a nearby generator being repaired. They knew what they had to do, and they were willing to do anything that The Entity wanted them to do.

Jason Shroud was the local detective of Oak Passing. He had a good job, even if some of the cases were horrible. He was good at the job, maybe even too good. He was seen as the hero of Oak Passing, helping citizens uncover mysteries, and taking out the bad guys, typical stuff. It all changed when he heard of the recent kidnappings happening near the abandoned church. This wasn't just a normal case, this was serious, people were disappearing with no explanation, it had to be uncovered. He went there and to his surprise, he found a cult worshipping a made up god, or so he thought. He had usually not had any problem taking people out, but this time there were too many. He fell to the ground, battered and bruised, waiting for it to all end. He closed his eyes and waited, but nothing happened. He opened his eyes to find himself in a very familiar place. He wasn't injured anymore, he felt better than ever. He heard a loud scream of a person, seemingly a cry for help. He put his hat back on and got out his cigarette, he had a job to do.

add-ons:

Rusty pocket-watch (Brown add-on)

  • slightly Increases amount of meter gained from hitting survivors

"A rusty pocket-watch. Labeled "J.F"

bloody dagger (yellow add-on)

  • Applies mangled status effect on hit when at 3 hooks

"A dagger with blood at the very tip. The blood is still warm."

rough entity sketch (green add-on)

  • Increases bloodpoints gained by 50% when:
  • Hooking
  • Sacrificing
  • Injuring survivors

"A very crude drawing of an eye surrounded by corrupted flowers and legs"

pustula seed (purple add-on)

  • Allows the killer to mori any survivor when at 4 hooks
  • Increases base m/s by 2%

"Radiates a powerful energy"

iridescent bible (pink add-on)

  • Replaces Forever Together with Hell-Bent
  • After hooking a survivor, press the secondary ability button to activate Hell-Bent
  • While active, you have 5.2 m/s for 30 seconds
  • You see the aura of all survivors

"A crystal replica of the bible once associated with The Order"

I got the idea of a cult chapter from a conversation I had with @Dabihwow a while back.

https://youtu.be/ntlJTk5jJRI I also got it from this video, and you can't tell me this doesn't sound like a cult.

Sincerely, GoobNugg

Just reading the power, this Killer sounds like they'd be really... really bad. Without a power, against good Survivors, you will NEVER get 5 hits. Even with aura reading on all Survivors while the power is active, this power itself is also kinda really bad.

Its just Myers without an insta down and with a harder way to get his power, with what I assume to be a larger terror radius. Also, you list 2 people as the Killer, that could've been cool, but no. This Killer is just Myers with some stat changes thrown in as spice.

The Eye of the Entity power is cool, but the only two worthwhile ones are the second and fourth gen ones. The fact that this Killer relies on losing is something I dislike in its own right, but saving the best part of any of its powers for when there's only 1 gen remaining is awful.

Entity Appeased is just worse Ruin. Just run Ruin.

Hex: Cult Classic had something going for it with the last effect, but the first effect just ruined it. Why would you have a negative effect on a Hex perk? Especially one like that, jeez.

Devoted gives no benefit. At all. Its just worse Blood Warden, oftentimes it will have a negative effect, and its positive effect outside of the one that's worse Blood Warden should never activate. Ever.

Keen Eye shows you the Killers aura for 20 seconds at no cost. Why. Ontop of that, it indefinitely shows you the auras of Survivors. For no cost. Why????

Undercover is interesting, I like it.

For Helping Hand, what perk stage changes how long the Exposed Status lasts? Also, what level of Haste? Haste isn't a flat number, it acts like Hindered does. It depends on what applies it. For example, Sprint Burst applies 150% haste for 3 seconds, while Hope applies 7% haste for 120 seconds when the final generator is completed.

The killers power is unique, in terms of gameplay style, but it is a bit lack luster, Critical fish actually explains my thought process better, the killer perks... Oh boy, they'll be a pain to deal with but some of them are already built upon Devoted is basically a blood warden with changes. Survivors perks are decent, enough for me to tinker with them
