Healthy Obsession achievement does not work

The achievement Healthy Obsession (heal the obsession 10 health states in public matches) doesn't work, no matter how many other people i heal, i dont get the achievement, I've been using blood pact for good measure to track and heal the obsession before they get any heal progress, but no dice.
