Freddy Rework (detailed)
I think it's about time that we had another killer to compete with the other 2 top tier Killers. And I think one of them should be everyone's favorite licensed killer (all licensed killers have been lacking thus far, let's be honest)! Without further delay, here's my idea for a Freddy rework!
Movement Speed: 96.25% | 3.85m/s
Power: Dream Demon
Dream Demon is The Nightmare's main Power: channelling its energy allows The Nightmare to pierce and jump through the Dream World in a Teleport multiple times in a row. Doing so leaves him in a state of fatigue as teleporting is quite painful to him, hence also why he shrieks after each Teleport.
- Teleport up to 20 metres on charge activation.
- Chain-teleports have only half the maximum Teleport distance (up to 12 metres)
- Can teleport twice before becoming fatigued.
- Can perform a Lethal Teleport Attack after teleporting.
Holding alternate attack (default: M2) will charge up a Teleport, the range depending on how long you charge the Teleport, with the maximum range reached when he clenches his fist and exhales and the number of orbs floating in his hand indicating the remaining Teleports.
After teleporting, there is a short window of opportunity (called the "Chainteleport Window") in which The Nightmare can choose to either attack or Teleport again (if he has Teleports remaining), after which he will enter the fatigue or if the Chainteleport Window closes. By default, The Nightmare has 1 Chainteleport. The fatigue will stun The Nightmare and prevent him from interacting until he leaves the fatigue. The stun duration scales with the number of Teleports used. Also, the stun will be longer if he misses or successfully lands the post-teleport attack.
The Nightmare can chain multiple teleports together before attacking. To prevent himself from being stunned even longer, the Nightmare can elect to not use his extra Teleports, by simply letting the Chainteleport window run out while charging a Chainteleport. He can also decide to forgo an attack, as attacking will delay the onset of the stun by about 1.5-2 seconds and might not be the strategically best thing to do under certain circumstances.
Let me know what you think, guys!

I don't mind it if it wasn't so close to the Nurse, so maybe change the Teleport to only going from locker to locker. or have the teleport set up to where you pick the distance like on madden throwing a football. that way the survivor could change up their path to throw Freddy off.

I kinda have to agree with the consensus here. The ability change is way too similar to the Nurse. That said, a Freddy buff would be nice, but I think it could be done way differently. His whole ability slows down the game, so why not capitalize on that instead? Maybe give him a boost in action speed that scales with every Survivor asleep? Or maybe make it so that the more Survivors are in the Dream World, the weaker they become. That could be a better buff for him, but it's just my thoughts, honestly.
