Xbox-Unable to pick up survivor on thomson house

Step 1: play as survivor in a public match.
Step 2 : Bring coldwind offering to get Thompson House
Step 3 : In-game, find killer and lead them behind the staircase and let them down you. (Only happens when basement doesn't spawn in main building)
Step 4 : Once downed make sure your against the staircase and notice the killer can't pick you up.

I had similar happen to me.
- Xbox One
- Trapper
- Save the Best, Iron Grasp, Lightborn, BBQ & Chili
- Hawkins Laboratory
- Basement stairs below the 2nd story (not the glass room)
- Downed a Jeff and Jeff crawled against the side of the stairwell (about 3 steps down from the top)
- Couldn't pick him up from any angle until he moved slightly
