Wraith - could not pick up, cloak, and chase music always on

Just played a game as Wraith where I could not pick up people, I was stuck in chase music, and I could not cloak. It seemed to cloak me instantly any time I hit a pallet or gen, but then I could uncloak instantly.
Needless to say it was a waste of a match and my offering and addons because I could not sacrifice anyone.
I was using BBQ, Nurses, Discordance, and Overcharge.
Addons were "Swift Hunt" - Mud and the purple that makes speeds up breaking things.
