There’s no winning with the trickster
It doesn’t matter what map you’re on small or big open or closed his power is literally crap, he is slow as hell and the only way to catch up to someone with just smacking them is using save the best for last, overall the WORST killer in the game I’d rather play 50 games of legion then play 5 games as Trickster, either buff him or rework him all together cause he is worse then OG Freddy and that’s saying something

Ya its been a rough couple of days. It was fun at first but now I'm getting face face pushed into the dirt to much. So far the survivors have been decent about it though. I mean they still try to 4 minute the game but I got some nice messages and a jake gave me a mercy kill last night which made me feel even worse cause I could pick my worst killer and give them a much more competitive game just because that killer would at least have a POWER.

I had a survivor let me drop her with papercuts. She had been hooked twice anyway. He's got potential but needs a lot of work. I like his audio cues

I've never struggled this much with a killer. He's fundamentally broken. How this ever got released is beyond me. His ranged power is only usable n situations where you can just M1 anyway. Zero incentive to go for longer ranged shots because of how many hits it takes and the decay. How galaxy brain is that? I know when I get 4 knives thrown at me IRL, if I don't get hit with a 5th knife soon after, I simply forget that someone hit me 4 knives.

This is PAINFULLY true. I often find myself using his power and wondering "######### am I doing? why dont I just smack him now?" and often the answer is "well I guess at least I'm building some Main Show stack" but I know its a lie, because I know Main Event is HOT GARBAGE and will more than likely proc at a moment where I can't use it anyway.
IF ONLY he was like plague and maxing a blade meter on a survivor didn't gave them a speed boost, you could at least chain it with a M1 (well, kinda... since he ALSO have a pretty long stance swap in AND out of the blade throw stance).

The worst part is all the people that don't want him buffed because they think he'll suddenly be Old Legion.
He literally cannot use his power around walls. His counterplay is basic structures. They cannot turn a killer with that weakness into Old Legion. Old Legion was Old Legion because they had no counterplay.

I’m a survivor slash killer player I think the game would be challenging and fun if he was buffed and actually given a power

Yeah, so do I. But so many people have Old Legion PTSD that they just don't think. It's honestly quite painful to watch.
