"Come the night of the execution, there must have been at least a thousand people gathered outside to see me fry. I was upset about that... There should have been more."
The Sweet Tooth grows increasingly more frustrated with every diversionary tactic Survivors employ, building the Malice meter. When Malice is full, Sweet Tooth can activate Twisted Metal to employ one of two new tools: The shotgun or the flaming chainsaw. Both weapons will instantly bring Survivors down into the Dying state but operator differently. The Shotgun fires a short range spread in a cone that can pelt every Survivor within it; having only one shot with decreasing effectiveness beyond a short range, inflicting Mend if it hits Survivors at the tail end of the cone instead of downing them. The chainsaw, however, can be far more threatening. Rather than wielding it, Sweet Tooth will hurl the flaming chainsaw in an arc (Similar to the Clown's bottles, but with heavier dropoff and slightly increased projectile speed). Wherever the chainsaw lands, it explodes; instantly downing any caught within its small blast radius. The chainsaw's impact will also destroy pallets and doors.
After either of these actions are used, Malice is reset and begins building again. Malice builds passively while in Chase with Survivors, but slowly. Malice builds exponentially faster when Survivors vault, drop pallets, enter/exit lockers, and especially if Survivors Stun or Blind Sweet Tooth, the latter two actions immediately setting Malice to full.

Perks:
CALYPSO'S DEMISE: Every Attack Survivors receive increases how fast they Bleed Out while in Dying State. This does not increase Entity Progression while on Hook.
HEX: PREACHER'S CURSE: A Hex rooting its power on confidence. While Active, every Hex Totem on the map will appear lit; indistinguishable from legitimately Active Totems. For every secretly Dull Totem cleansed, cleansing time increases by 7%.
OBSESSION: THE ONE: The Killer becomes Obsessed with a Survivor. The Killer relishes their torment and craves their demise, allowing them to Mori the Obsession if they have been Hooked once. However, killing the Survivor will sate the Killer, permanently decreasing their Movement Speed by 5%.

Mori: Sweet Tooth stabs the Survivor in the calf, dragging them back. Picking them up by the neck, he plants the knife in their gut next, leaving it there as he reaches back and pulls out an unlit torch. Igniting the torch using the flames coming out of his skull, Sweet Tooth raises it to his mouth and proceeds to blow fiery death directly into the Survivor's face; dropping their scorched corpse afterwards.

"The first time Needles murdered his original victim, he didn't even flinch. He did it as skillfully as a trained surgeon and without regrets. After the first one, it was obvious that he had found his calling in life. He quickly developed an insatiable thirst for blood. Sometimes his victims were meticulously hunted down, but most were randomly chosen and just unlucky to have crossed his path. No one was safe..."
Needles Kane is a feared serial killer terrorizing Midtown, well-known for his vast numbers of gruesome murders. One day he is finally captured and put for execution. A preacher came into the room; he seemed to be someone intending to save Needles' soul, but he had other plans. When Needles is being electrocuted, the preacher shouted out to God to put a curse on Kane, to burn forever in the flames of hell. At that moment, Needles head set on fire, and he broke free from the bonds. He then gets beaten by four officers, managing to kill three in less than a minute, and puts his mask back on. Soon after, Needles is sent to Blackfield Asylum. For three months, the pain from the curse gets worse every day. Calypso came to visit and made Needles an offer: if Needles won his contest, Calypso would remove the curse. Needles enters the contest, intent on killing Calypso later.
Needles won the contest and asked Calypso to make good on the promise to lift the curse. He gave Needles a vial that holds the blood of the preacher who cursed him on his execution. If he drinks it, the curse will be gone, but Calypso also said if Needles goes back to his killer ways, the antidote will wear off and the curse will be back to haunt him. Within ten seconds, Needles chose to live with the curse rather than give up his priorities, so he crushes the vial underfoot, then kills Calypso by slicing his throat. With Calypso lying dead and free, Needles intends to be the greatest of all time.

Inspiration:
Aside from the powers, this pick was pretty straight forward. I'm a long time Twisted Metal fan and Sweet Tooth is a fan favorite character for many, myself included. Most contestants in the Twisted Metal games are motivated by things like revenge or petty desires. From Twisted Metal: Black onward, Sweet Tooth was rewritten as a psychotic murderer motivated exclusively by one things: His desire to kill. There is no nuance to it, he merely enjoys the action of stealing life from others so intensely that it takes precedence over all other things in life. However, something important to Twisted Metal: Black that future games would fail to understand is the true nature of everything actually happening within the world, something you can only find out by playing through Minion's storymode.
