EasyAntiCheat Error Code: 30005 (CreateFile Failed with 32.) Help

About 3 days ago now this error started showing up each time I try to launch the game after it had been closed, or after I have launched another game. After I exit dbd, steam says that its still running, clicking on the stop button does not do anything, and in task manager I do not find anything that would be related to EAC or dbd. The only thing I can do is restart my computer, then I can launch the game. Restarting steam allows me to launch dbd, but it results in it displaying the error (going to the website it directs me to doesnt display anything about the error, or i may be blind). I read another discussion saying I need to delete a .sys file, it did not help. Repairing EAC didnt help either. I reinstalled the game today, I could launch the game after I closed it once. Now the error pops up again. I have excluded EAC in windows firewall, and in my installed antivirus (malware bytes anit-malware), still nothing. Does anyone have a solution?
