Trickster is fun, although weak

I agree with the general consensus that Trickster is a little underwhelming in the performance department; too slow, too many knives per down, etc. However, I am still having a really fun time playing Trickster. I am not the best killer in the world, I usually float around Rank 5, but after some practice with him, I am consistently getting at least a 3K most matches. I do think he needs buffing, but it isn't the end of the world if a Killer is weak.
