Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Game crashing and getting matchmaking banned

Hi I don't know what else to say but in the past week or so this has happened only like three times, but it often happens right as I down the last survivor with another one slugged, immediately as I hit them the game crashes, and I get locked from matchmaking. What worries me that since this has happened multiple times to me as the matchmaking lock timer has increased, started at two minutes but now it's on four. The platform I'm on is PC version. I know crashes happen in games from time to time, but I find it frustrating that I'm being locked from matchmaking for it. I would like to mention this has happened to me only with Blight so far.
