It's a great perk if you're a solo survivor like me, with ruin being one of the meta perks repairing a gen and having wall Hacks for 10 seconds is very good information, it's a counter to pretty much all hexes in the game. It's also great on indoor maps like lery's where gens are a bit hard to find

    Detectives Hunch and Inner strength is such a great combo, I run it nearly every game as survivor.

    I don't play much survivor, so I'm perpetually stuck switching between ranks 4 and 5, but it's been years since I've seen a hex, and even longer since I've seen the cursed icon and haven't walked 4 steps to the right to find the totem.

    Yep DH is an amazing info perk and very solid against ruin undying

    Use ruin undying Haunted on stealth or anti-loop killers that attack with M1 if it becomes a problem. I love that build so much because you're actively baiting the survivors to go for totems with ruin. At that point, Detective users, map users, and small game users are potentially hurting their team. You'll get a lot of Devour's utility out of it.
