10 matches in a row without any DS
Good work, devs. You ruined DS

Wonder how many matches in a row it's been without a mori...

It was only a rework, where is the problem?
Learn to adapt. I haven't used DS in ages and I can still reach Rank 1 without big problems, even in Solo Queue. And I'm just a gen jockey.

truly shows how many dog players relied on that perk....

Last game was against a trash camper clown with mori and ruin

Mori was Ultra Rare so anyway I had a week with like one or two Ebnoy, Key is way way more annoying and if I play killer half of games are against key gamers. This game is survivor sided like hell so atleast ds is gone now and I am glad. I am survivor main, but I play game 50/50. I never used to run ds and I will never run it. And if this game will be a ######### I will uninstall it and good bye.

And yet I still see it as a survivor and a killer nearly every match - Haven't seen that much of a decline actually in its use.

Six and a half hours of survivor play on Thursday, and about two and a half hours of killer play over those two days -- and someone had DS every game, often multiple people.
I was just lucky, I guess. 🤔
3 -
10 matches in a row of people being downed at the hook and going straight back on when ds would have let them escape.
5 -
Survivors will start to run it again. It has already saved me many times because the killers are getting use to it not being used from this weird protest going on.

Today, in 15 matches I saw it once. But prove thyself 10

Mori wasn't a problem for me. I 'lobby dodge' when I saw one. Never been moried in years. Now I accept it

"Mori wasn't a problem for me"
"I 'lobby dodge' when I saw one"
These two statements conflict with each other.
7 -
How many of these matches did you see through to the end, given your often repeated statements of the many, many things that make you disconnect from matches early?
1 -
This makes no sense. At all.
Are you ok there buddy?

Just proves how many players relied on abusing single perk, ds does it's job at tunelling perfectly fine again proves players didn't use it for tunelling but for abusing
5 -
Oh surprising how fitting as a counterargument.
Sorry I really don't believe or bother with arguments from a believer of the church of sluzzy.
You, them and two to three others are way over the top with your statements and arguments reaching over bias into ridiculous levels.

I wish they will add back old mori and oldest ds :( Game was fun with them. I dont know why fun mechanics turning to useless.

I ran DS all night on my Friday night SWF session. Ironically I hit More DS last night than any gaming session I can remember.
Still an effective perk, especially at end game. Just think you should be able to heal yourself to 100 before it deactivates.
I don't see why you would stop using it if you liked it before. Still does what it is supposed to.

Couldn't agree more. DS usage is really going down, and survivors are all playing a lot safer than before. No more invincible bullshit
Cant express how happy i am with words..

If you feel DS is necessary, then use it yourself.
If you don't get an opportunity to use DS, then you're not getting tunnelled.
It's great to see survivors accusations of tunnelling when there is none getting exposed.
4 -
I noticed the usage did go down considerably, which is a shame. It's still useful
I think too many people have overestimated the nerf.
1 -
always hilarious when no one runs the #1 anti tunneling perk and then complains about the killer making use out of that.
no DS for me means that i can quickly eliminate someone, should i need to. having no obsession makes me far more willing at going after the same person twice than having one should i even fear im missing out on map pressure.
and the best part is, they completely brought that uppon themselves.

One of two things appears to be happening.
1. People stopped running ds because they weren't worried about tunneling so much as wanted the security against making bad plays. Now that security is gone, they see the perk as useless.
2. People stopped running ds under the impression that if they all refuse, the game devs will have to readjust it to prevent tunneling, which they (the devs) have stated on just about every opportunity to do so is not something they are interested in trying to prevent outright.
Either way the solution for the op is just to run ds. It's still a great perk to avoid being tunneled, just takes more thought to use than it did before, and doesn't cover you if you make a bad play.

Lmao so entitled. Of course the type of Survivor player that closed out their game every time they saw a mori wants old DS back. Git gud.
1 -
Personally I never really used DS but I think the new rework is fine. You shouldn't be allowed to get unhooked, healed up and then go work on a gen and still have like at least 30 seconds of immunity from being picked up and just do a gen right in the killers face. Even with the old DS I played plenty of matches that had no DS.

Or undying

Yeah, it's completely ruined now. Can't even barely touch yourself and it is gone. One must imagine how many has lost the perk and got tunneled anyway. Killers think tunneling is only facecamping, but oh my how that is not true at all.
0 -
I'm surprised you can touch yourself at all Sluzzy considering you're always triggered.
2 -
Devs nerf undying = Killers: It's still good, I'll keep running it. It was probably for the best as 4 undyings was kind of ridiculous.
Devs nerf DS = Survivors: You ruined DS, it's not worth running anymore also there is so much tunnelers now, BUFF DS.

Good, we are heading in the right direction.

Literally the only nerf survivors have had in about 2 years, after every single patch provided some kind of nerf to killers or a killer in particular.
1 -
Well maybe DS deserves it after all the headaches it caused.
