So, what's it like to be a 110% Killer with a power that's useless at loops.
Can't even get close enough to get in chase.

Remember infinites don't exist and survivors and the devs want bloodlust removed.
Bamboozle is a mandatory perk on this killer. It took me about 3 million BAD WORD bloodpoints to get it too.

I mean, that would be potentially the correct answer for other ranged killers, but with Trickster, the entire map might as well be an infinite.

It do be like that, that's the normal Trickster gameplay.
Btw, that is a god loop, just drop the chase when you are in that building.
Join the camper Trickster gang my boy, you'll get better results pog.

That was insanely long loop though. I would not commit to that chase on ANY Killer.

I honestly die inside every time I bring the trickster to the jungle gym.
It's hard to not feel their pain. I wonder if they even considered how he would interact with window loops. There is ZERO reason to respect his power like you would huntress/deathslinger/demogorgon/pyramid head.
Also I don't know if it's bugged or if the wiki is off (though he just came out), but it says the decay starts after 15 seconds and then like 5 seconds per charge. But It feel like it drains faster than that. There was some time where I was 1 tap, but once I broke chase, the whole bar dissipated too quickly for that to make sense. I could be wrong though, games don't tend to last that long, nor do I get the chance to be chased that often.

Well there are no infinites in the game anymore besides house of pain against huntress and now probably tricksters.
Bloodlust needs to be removed once the maps are more balanced, it rewards bad killers with down they don’t deserve and is kinda useless to good players

Other killers can handle the loop quite well with their ability and/or their movement speed. It's really mostly Trickster who can't.

This video shows one. Its not the only one, groaning storehouse can be too.
The maps will never be balanced btw at no point in the past 4 years have the designers ever shown any hint that they want the maps to be balanced.

Most 115 killers can deal with most loops. The only infinites are super specific maps like groaning and haddonfield. Most other things either require you to be a 110(most of their powers are amazing) scratched mirror myers(but are you really gonna be looping normally with him) or stupid RNG to be infinites.

They are bringing back the god windows and infintes but having breakable walls there so the killer waste their little time they have, to break them to make those windows and infinties fairer again instead of leaving them as is when they did the patch to remove them in the 1st place. Also waiting on the size reduction on a particualr red forest map....

That building with Trickster is very painful for him, and breaking the wall around that window never helped me when I played on this map with him. Poor guy is just bad..

You are both correct it is a god loop but they are also correct in not haveing a power huntress and deathslinger both get an injured or down there he gets 3/8of an injure

In terms of actual infinites though they’re aren’t any except for haddonfield against 2 of the 22 killers.
Breakable walls are annoying but it’s pretty much just a pre dropped pallet the survivors can’t vault
Mother’s dwelling is bullshit agreed but it’s probably next in line for the realm beyond anyway

you realize this person who plays the killer doesnt even get in a chase and you know why? because the survivor is cutting the corners much better and hugs walls, while the person who play killer is taking the path weirdly.
yes infinites exist if you dont know how some mechanics works and dont path optimally.
im also not a fan of this killer but its completely the fault of the person who played killer.
but also why would you commit to a chase with 110%? this guy could also play huntress who isnt weak just because he isnt optimally he wouldnt catch the survivor even with huntress. so pls stop with this nonsense lmao

Yeah exactly, and I'm not sure why saying you shouldn't chase there as a 110% killer is a thing. So what I can't play slow killers on that map? maybe the loop is the problem. Coal tower was a bit weak for survivors last year so they buffed it through the roof to compensate. Even as a fast killer you still need to break 2-3 walls and break 2 pallets in addition to disarm the loop, even then the windows can buy a bit of time.

Funny if you chased the other way, you would have had to rely on the entity closing the vault and maybe getting 6 max laceration, but as huntress or deathslinger they would have been injured already. Honestly, who is testing some of these newer killers??

Obviously that's not the correct way to chase at that loop, it was my 3rd or 4th game with Trickster so I was testing his capabilities, or should I say limitations. I main Legion, at that spot I would frenzy and have that survivor and the two upstairs injured and mending, with Trickster I can do nothing but leave them.

I get the video is for proving a point, but why does no one point out that the killer is running this loop the wrong way? He always allows the fast vault to happen, instead of running the other way around, where the surv at least has some potential to fail the fast vault. Sure that might not change much, but allowing a fast vault again and again is surely the wrong way.

Right, because that half-second difference in vault speed means that the killer eventually catches up in 40 minutes instead of never. That is infinitely better

Without being sarcistic, yes that is actually better. And still awful. I just wanted to point out a flaw I see in the vid. If the neverending loop was executed in thr "right" direction, and still show it is impossible to catch up, the vid would have more weight to it.
