Purchased a Perk in the Shrine but did not get it

I purchased the Felix First Perk in the Shrine with my Shards but the Game told me that an Error had occured and I should try it later. After one Match I saw that I lost my Shards and then went checking in the Shrine. How you can see that the game tells me that I purchased it. But when I try to level-up my Claudette with very Perk unlocked I get no new Perk in the Bloodweb. So that the Moment I can't get the Perk which I purchased.
