How To Report (and Turn in Video) for Cross Play

So I just had a game where a Feng was actively working with the Killer (Myers), blocking Survivors in corners to hold them for the Killer, pointing them out, and farming them. I started recording and got it all. Since they don't have a Steam ID, what is the process? I did do the end game reporting, now what? Or because they aren't Steam do they just get away with it?

    Replied to your DM on this, but you report as normal in game, then put the console names in the section where it requests Steam ID's on the Additional Player Report form.
