Flashing scratch marks visible as survivor again

I'm using the Xbox version of the game. When playing on a Badham match, I was able to catch glimpses of my scratch marks on the fences near the house with the basement floor. I haven't noticed this bug recurring since.

Am seeing this on Switch as well. Various maps, the scratches will show up in a quick flash, then disappear.
