Please, fix blight

I was really hoping for patch 4.6.0, but the only thing that was done with blight is camera elevate, all old bugs are still in the game. Nice job bhvr.

He's not popular enough for them to ever consider changing. He's plenty playable, just not nearly as viable as most killers.
