Can I please have some help with my ban?

I was banned a couple of months ago. Prior to this ban, I hadn't played the game in a while, as I was away for quite some time, during which my friend used my Steam account to play the game. Then, I received a ban. When I asked for information regarding this ban, the DBD staff said that they would not disclose why I was banned.

I have submitted multiple appeals, as I have not done anything wrong. This is also a permanent ban, which is extremely frustrating, because I have invested a lot into this game. Each time I inquire about shortening the ban, I get the message:

As I was reviewing your ban, I have discovered that you have already made an appeal. Please note that we only allow one ban appeal per account. Making multiple tickets will not change the outcome of your appeal. As such, the results of your original appeal still stand.

I have not done anything wrong, and I would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

    Firstly, we do not discuss bans on the forum. And as you've already had an appeal then there's nothing that anyone can do.

    I will remind you that your account is your responsibility, anything that happens on your account, you are responsible for.
