Is it my imagination or am I being sent to specific maps more often?

Lately I've felt like the game favors small maps. I had 2 nights in a row where I just kept being sent to either Shelter Woods, Wreckers' Yard or Rancid Abattoir. Here and there (let's say once per day) I'd get sent to The Underground Complex, Family Residence, Lampkin Lane, Springwood I, II, III or Grim Pantry, but it's mostly those 3. And sure, I'd sometimes but rarely get Groaning Storehouse or Coal Tower on the MacMillian Estate. It's the same with Coldiwn farms, I'd rarely get The Thompson House or Rotten Fields. Other maps I see maybe once a week, meaning other Coldwin maps, MacMillian maps, Lerys, Springwood, Gideon, Ormond, Dead Dawg Saloon, Midwitch (unless I bring an offering). But for Autohaven Wreckers It's Wreckers' Yard 95% percent of the time. I don't remember when I last played Azarov's Resting Place or Blood Lodge. I had one party on Gas Heaven and 2 on Wretched Shop, but that's it. Is it just my imagination or do others feel the same?

    its most def your imagination, its confirmation bias and other factors.

    Know that back in the day Apply made their "random" playlist on the Ipod less random to make it FEEL more random.

    True randomisation can mean that you get the same map 5 times in a row.

    It's weird though. When I play with crossplay off I get sent more often to Coal Tower since the update. With it on I get sent to Wrecker's Yard and Suffocation Pit more (it more or less flips back and forth between those two).

    That's randomness for you. While I sometimes wonder if the map selection process goes straight for a particular map or if it first chooses realm and then map, I just have a laugh at it and figure out the probability of getting the same map 2, 3 or if I'm really "blessed" even more times than that in a row. You quickly get some rather tiny probabilities considering there's 35 different maps, even though 5 of them are different flavors of Badham.

    Last night I got Hawkins 3 times in a row with no offerings, this has been happening to me with other maps as well recently. Whether it really is just luck of the draw or the map rotation is bugged, I have no idea.

    I've been getting hit with the swamp maps a rediculous amount.

    So yeah pure rng madness

    Idk what the ######### is going on with my game but I've been sent to the swamp and coldwind about 50 times in the last week but still have yet to play on crotus prenn since the update.
