Tint on Autohaven Maps Makes Tracking Movement Extremely Difficult
So to preface this, I'm colorblind, and the colorblind filter has helped me a lot on most maps because auras and scratchmarks are most definitely clearer to me. That being said, my biggest gripe with any of the map reworks was not fixed with the filter, and I want to bring this up again now that we have the colorblind filter because it didn't help:
Autohaven prior to the rework was one of my favorite realms. Dull green but bright enough that the green actually accentuated the movement on the map, it was crisp and clear and honestly just nice. The rework ruined this. Completely. As I'm colorblind, I'm not sure what exactly changed in the tint, but it's all just washed out in green now for me, to the point that I cannot track movement on these maps reliably anymore. Doesn't matter what side I'm playing. Chasing someone around an LT wall and they leave the tile to not fall prey to my mindgame? I've probably totally lost the chase because I can't see where they went. Ghostface creeping up on me stealthed on Blood Lodge? Better hope I can hear him because it's genuinely hard to see him coming against the background.
It's just not feasible for me to track movement and I'm confident it's the tint of the realm because other map reworks I don't have this problem. MacMillan I honestly have the opposite thought, where the rework to the tint of the map aided me in the end. But Autohaven makes me look boosted now on either side to the point people have asked me if I'm ok I've been so blind.
If the tint could be reverted back to what it was before the rework, or at least changed so that it's not quite so washed out now, I'd really, really appreciate it. I loved those maps before the rework, and it's purely the tint that's making it unenjoyable for me now.
