Killer Concept: The Scarecrow

Good evening everybody, here´s the concept:

Looks:
very broad Hat, almost falling apart trenchcoat, high collar. You guys know what creepy Scarecrows look like.

Weapons:
Hayfork for the ability and a grass sickle for hitting survivors.

Speed:
110%

Ability:
(Somewhat related to trapper and hag). On the Map, there are several Scarecrows standing around and after a channel (of about 2 seconds), you turn yoursef into one as well,( by piercing the hayfork into the ground and putting yourself on top of it ) and are able to swap places with another Scarecrow.
Fluffwise, you should do an attack when emerging from a Scarecrow, tho Im not shure how that would be balancewise.

Teachable Perks:
Murder all around: lowers the returntime of crows and the spawntime of stillness-crows
Feast for crows: Stillness-crows cause Survivors to be revealed
Always watching: Something to emenate your terrorradius from other sources, maybe from hooks.

I hope you like the concept, if so, we can fesh the character out further. Im open to suggestions

    I was actually thinking of something similar a while back, being able to transfer between different "killers" on the map like the safe-head guy from Evil Within. Scarecrows would make a fantastic vehicle for such a power, and using crows in its perks is another really nice idea. I greatly approve!
