Ghostfaces "revealbox" needs a fix.
I find myself sometines staring at ghostface directly in his face within range, sometimes even 10 meters away, and i still cant reveal him. Why hasnt bhvr fixed this yet?

It's fine.
If you can't reveal when staring at him than either another survivor is revealing him or you are doing it wrong.

Yes it does need a fix.
I am tired of being revealed through walls and around corners.

Yes its very glitchy and inconsistent. I've lost count of the number of times I could not reveal him when he was fully visible and smack in the middle of my screen. Then he gets a free down.

His reveal is as broken as huntresses hitbox, its gonna take a while to patch up

Multiple syrvivors can reveal ghostface at once. It doesnt change anythong,, but you can see multiple things telling you youre being revealed

And there shouldnt be "doing it wrong." If he could turn around and stalk you, you should be abke to reveal him.

I've seen other people say that your own survivor hit box can block GF's box so that you can't reveal him without adjusting for it.
I don't know if that's still accurate or if that was an old problem that got fixed; I don't play against GF enough to be able to offer any help/observations/opinions of my own.

Honestly it’s terrible for both players. Ghostface’s are getting revealed around corners and survivors are staring for 10 seconds only to be exposed

I hope this is a joke.

it sucks on the killer side and survivor side which is hilarious. you can be staring at him directly and you still get exposed and you can get revealed which survivors aren't even looking at you or you are out of line of sight

If you try revealing him in lobby with multiple survivors, you'll see only one survivor is revealing him at a time.
At the same time, Ghostface knows the directions of ALL survivors that CAN be revealing him at THAT moment.

It should carry over. I think how it works right now is another survivor can be staring at him, then cancel their revealing before he's fully broken out, AND THEN my revealing starts. I should be able to finish off the reveal that they started since the time we spent staring at him overlaps and he allegedly takes a second or two to get broken out of stealth when survivors are staring at him.

GF is OP

That's how it works right now.
A survivor must fully complete reveal action in one take and only one survivor can do it at a time.
To be honest I see no problem in such approach to the power that can LITERALLY be canceled by STARING.

Well I do see a problem because you're telling me that 4 survivors looking at him won't reveal him unless they go all the way to 100% revealing him? What a joke. This happens, too. I'll hear the reveal music get to 99% and then oh, my character covered 15% of his body for 0.3 seconds: start all over and get fully exposed because the killer got undeserved extra stealth mode time! It's not stupid that survivors break him out by looking at him because that's exactly what Ghost Face and Myers do: stare at you to get instadowns. That's all it takes. And it's why Myers has less counterplay than Ghost Face, because you can't break him out and he can use his ability to instadown multiple people at a time, including the ones who didn't feed him that power. So they're both annoying, inconsistent, polarizing stealth killers.

I see people complaining about this and I've come to the conclusion they're doing it wrong. It 100% works for me. You have to have him square in the center of your screen, both horizontally and vertically, and he can't be hiding behind something. I can expose a ghostie from Hella far away every time.

So the reveal doesn't work when you mess up the reveal? That sounds like it's working as intended.
Revealing him 99% isn't revealing him. That'd be like a killer complaining because they swing at at a survivor and missed and said "but I chased him 99%!"

Keep dreaming. Ghostface is probably even more buggy than nurse, and it has been since release

Wait until he abuses the infinite range elevation expose from across the map.
