Trickster - Iron maiden - visual bug

When running iron maiden on the trickster, there is a visual bug where the blades will glitch in and out of frame. This can later cause to the trickster's blades not showing up when pulling the blades up, ready to throw them. This issue only affects visuals and graphics and does not impact gameplay.
To reproduce, simply use the perk iron maiden and reload your blades, it will seem laggy and glitchy and sometimes they wont show up in the trickster's hands.
This bug occurs every time you reload blades while using the perk iron maiden
