I noticed when running Fixated that I was slightly faster on the ground but wasn't sure. I recently tested it with a friend and timed my speed and I was definitely going faster. While I doubt a 20% increase to movement on the ground would be a problem I still found it worth reporting in case it might become something worse later on.
