Kate Hair Cosmetic Continues to Defy Physics

I'm using the Xbox version of the game. Since the release of the cosmetic for Kate "Flower in the Dark," the head piece's ponytail, "Parted Ponytail," continues to defy physics and stand up at the very least when interacting with objects. I think it happens in other scenarios too, but I only have footage for this interaction.

It stands up when idling and while hooked, as well. This hair worked for like a week post-Rift and has been broken since. PS4 Pro here.
